Audrey O’Hagan Architects, LLC is an award-winning, Minority Woman-Owned Business Enterprise providing full architecture and interior design services working with clients in the United States and internationally. We have a passion for design excellence and a commitment to quality client service. 

Our projects include a range of building types and scales including higher education, offices, retail, mixed-use, life science, healthcare, and residential.  

We bring personal attention and high-level professional design service to each project benefiting the client in terms of experience, creativity, quality, and value along with responsiveness, agility, and efficiency. Hands-on principal level involvement throughout all phases of the design process ensures that the project meets the best quality and standards - values which have led to a high rate of repeat clients.   

We bring a unique perspective and creative spirit to each project with focused consideration of the client's individual budget, program, schedule, and objectives.

Our work begins with the client’s mission and is inspired by the project’s site and context creating an uplifting sense of place and identity.

We believe in an integrated team approach throughout the course of the project and that beauty, function, and quality emerge from the creative interplay of the mission, program, and resources resulting in a meaningful and inspiring design solution with balance and deep consideration of materials, nature, and the health and well-being of the people who use the buildings and spaces we design and the environment.

Founded in 2007 by award-winning registered architect, Audrey O'Hagan, the practice is shaped by her belief that thoughtful design begins with curiosity, and a deep understanding of place and brief. As principal and lead designer, she brings experience from projects across the United States, Europe, Asia, and South America. 

Audrey's leadership extends beyond practice. She served as President of the Boston Society of Architects in 2011 and has taught as an adjunct professor in the School of Architecture and Design at Wentworth Institute of Technology. She has also served on civic and professional boards, participated as a juror for regional and national design awards, and lectured on architecture and design.

Her work has been recognized through numerous awards and published in Architectural Record, Interior Design Magazine, BusinessWeek, R&D Magazine, Laboratory Design News, and select international publications. 

Outside of practice, Audrey's experience as a former NCAA Division I basketball and volleyball athlete continues to inform her collaborative leadership, discipline, and team-oriented approach to design.
